• Software Integration: Our team integrates any relevant financial software, ensuring compatibility with your existing setup.
• Tailored Workflow Creation: Based on your unique requirements, we create a tailored workflow to streamline monthly reporting and data management.
• Ongoing Support and Reporting: Once onboarded, you’ll receive timely, detailed monthly reports along with continuous support to help manage your business finances effectively.

With this process, we ensure you’re equipped for accurate, stress-free financial reporting from day one.

AccountsBalance offers customized pricing with options to suit various needs: 

• Fixed monthly rate:  Billed on the 1st of each month, this is based on the complexity of your business, transaction volume, and number of accounts.

• One-time setup fee: For any initial setup, cleanup, or catch-up work needed to get your books up to date.

We also offer a 10% discount for annual billing. As we aim to build long-term client relationships, we have a three-month minimum commitment for new clients and specific retention requirements for clients needing substantial catch-up work.

First and foremost, we’re online bookkeeping experts. We cater to online sellers, influencers, freelancers, startups, agencies, software companies, coaches, consultants, course owners, creators, service providers, and anyone that is selling their products or services online.

In addition, we’re a bookkeeping company built by online entrepreneurs. Our founders, Nathan Hirsch and Connor Gillivan, were 8 figure sellers themselves and then built and sold their second business, FreeUp. 

We offer one service. On-time, accurate monthly bookkeeping with great customer service. We charge you on the 1st and books on the 15th of each month. We do not offer additional services such as tax, sales tax, CFO services, AR/AP, etc.

We offer cash basis bookkeeping. If you are an eCommerce seller, you can visit our sister company, EcomBalance, where we offer sales and COGS on an accrual basis, but everything else on cash.

To get started, all you have to do is: 

1. Fill out our quick Pricing Quote form. 
2. Send View Only access to your current Quickbooks Online or Xero account. 

With that information, we’ll dive in to truly understand your business and provide you with a custom pricing quote for working together. 

We give all new clients a free month of bookkeeping.  We will do your first month free, but if your business requires Catch Up or Clean Up work, we will include that in the upfront cost. We’ll make this clear upfront when we provide you with your custom pricing quote.

You can expect a comprehensive set of financial reports each month, delivered by the 15th, providing you with a clear snapshot of your financial position. These reports include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Along with these detailed updates, our team offers ongoing support to answer any questions and assist you in making informed business decisions.

• Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Tracks predictable monthly revenue, which is essential for forecasting and stability.

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Calculates the investment required to acquire each new customer, helping optimize marketing and sales spending.

• Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV): Projects the total revenue a customer generates over their relationship with your business, guiding retention efforts.
